Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for mounting a propeller shaft bracket (1). Prior to mounting the propeller shaft bracket (1), two cases (2) are pre-arranged at an appropriate position on a hull structure according to the shape and size of a branch arm (11) of the propeller shaft bracket (1), then end parts of two branch arms (11) of the propeller shaft bracket are respectively inserted into the two cases (2), epoxy resin is poured into empty chambers of the cases (2), and after the epoxy resin has cured, the branch arms (11) can be fixed in the cases, achieving the mounting of the propeller shaft bracket (1). Compared with the prior art, in the method for mounting the propeller shaft bracket (1), prior to mounting the propeller shaft bracket (1), an inner hole of a bearing seat (12) on the propeller shaft bracket (1) can be machined in advance, and no machining margin needs to be reserved for the inner hole. The propeller shaft bracket (1) has a high mounting precision and a short operating cycle, thereby increasing the shipbuilding efficiency.
