A method for resolving computer network domain name including a first part and a second part domain name is disclosed, comprising: resolving the first part domain name into the first network address in the first network system; searching the first network node corresponding to the first network address according to the resolved first network address in the first network system; resolving the second part domain name into the second network node address in the second network system; the domain name resolution system of said second network system is independent of the domain name resolution system of first network system. As the intranet domain name address resolution structure of the present invention is independent of the domain name address resolution structure of World-Wide-Web, the intranet IP address will not occupy the IP address resource of World-Wide-Web.
