Abstract:
Provided are a method for non-contact heating and tin brazing of a metal structural member and coaxial cable, comprising: presetting a workpiece on a drive system and transferring the workpiece to a heating system; said workpiece comprises a preassembled structure of a metal structural member (2) and a coaxial cable, weld material preset at the weld point between the metal structural member (2) and the coaxial cable, and a rotation fixture used for positioning the preassembled structure; performing non-contact thermal radiation heating of the workpiece to cause the weld material at the weld point to fully melt; cooling the workpiece on which heating and welding has been completed, causing the weld point to rapidly solidify. The fine division of process steps is that the welded components are fixed, weld material is added, the weld is heated, and splitting is performed; the above is advantageous to automating all of the process steps, improving weld efficiency and ensuring weld quality.
