Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a method for notifying congestion states of communication network access technologies, a network and a terminal. The method for notifying congestion states of communication network access technologies, performed by the network, comprises: sending a message to the terminal, the message representing the congestion state of each of a plurality of access technologies related to a cell. The method for notifying congestion states of communication network access technologies, performed by the terminal, comprises: receiving a message sent by the network, the message representing the congestion state of each of a plurality of access technologies related to a cell.
