Abstract:
This electronic device may comprise: a display; a window for covering the display; a photodiode arranged under a light-emitting area designated to emit light so as to detect a fingerprint on the display; a processor configured to allow light-emitting elements within the light-emitting area to sequentially emit light, and obtain a fingerprint image on the basis of optical information corresponding to each of the light-emitting elements, the optical information being collected through the photodiode, and location information of each of the light-emitting elements; and a structure which is arranged between the window and the display and induces light emitted from the light-emitting area to have straightness.
