Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method for occupant protection of a motor vehicle (100), wherein the method comprises the following steps: S1: acquiring body characteristic information of an occupant (P) and seat position information; S2: calculating an optimal protective position for each of airbags (11, 12, 13) according to the body characteristic information and the seat position information; S3: adjusting the position of each of the airbags (11, 12, 13) to the optimal protective position. The disclosure further relates to an occupant protection system (1) for a motor vehicle (100) and a motor vehicle (100). Through some embodiments of the invention, the position of the side airbag restraint system can be dynamically adjusted according to different body sizes of the occupants and the positions of the seats, thereby achieving an optimal occupant protection strategy.
