Disclosed are a method for operating a user equipment and a base station in a wireless communication system, and a device for supporting same. According to one applicable embodiment in the present disclosure, a user equipment set in a discontinuous reception (DRX) mode is set in a transmission mode in which data generated from the same information is transmitted from a plurality of transmission reception points (TRPs) by means of a base station, and determines, on the basis of the transmission mode, the size of a transmission block related to data received from the plurality of TRPs such that related data information can be obtained. Therefore, the base station and the user equipment can set/determine the size of the transmission block related to the data without mutual ambiguity.
