A method for performing early warning on an ST segment of electrocardiosignal. The method comprises: obtaining first potential difference data from an Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal (1); performing median potential difference calculation on all pieces of the first potential difference data within first interval time to obtain second potential difference data (2); dividing into four potential intervals, performing determination of a belonged interval on continuous multiple pieces of second potential difference data, and performing corresponding potential interval analysis processing to obtain an analysis result of the ST segment of the electrocardiosignal: ST segment signal identification information and maximum potential difference data; and then performing early warning processing according to identification of the ST segment signal identification information and maximum potential difference data (7). Monitoring and early warning processing procedures of the ST segment of electrocardiosignal are added in a monitoring procedure of an ECG monitoring device, a monitoring range of the ECG monitoring device is expanded, and an early warning capacity of the ECG monitoring device is improved.
