A method of performing exterior-to-interior manufacturing to manufacture an integrated housing unit and a manufactured housing unit. The housing unit comprises a living room unit, a kitchen unit, a toilet unit or an entrance unit. The method comprises: preparing a concrete mixture and manufacturing a housing unit mold. The mold is an external mold disposed at an outer wall of the housing unit, and the housing unit is formed by applying high-pressure printing to sequentially form layers from an outer wall to an inner wall of the housing unit. One manufactured housing unit provides a living area of a household, and is thus fully integrated, and fully satisfies requirements of being tightly sealed with no water leakage or draughts. The inner wall and outer wall of the product can be processed according to user requirements to form a nap surface, does not require painting, achieves a Class A fire protection standard, and can be constructed quickly and has a long service life; moreover, wall surfaces of the inner wall and outer wall do not fade, and are synthesized by utilizing high-pressure ejection of a natural inorganic material.
