Abstract:
According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a method for performing a synchronous reconfiguration by means of a user equipment. The method comprises: receiving an RRC reconfiguration message from a first network; and when the RRC reconfiguration message comprises configuration information for a secondary serving cell group, if a user equipment is in a MUSIM state, not performing a secondary serving cell configuration, which comprises enabling the secondary serving cell group to be in an activated state, and sending, to the network, a response message indicating that the user equipment is in the MUSIM state.
