Abstract:
A method for precisely controlling the quantity of a detergent to be fed, and a washing machine. The method comprises: dividing a detergent box (10) used for storing detergents in a washing machine into N independent spaces (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), each space being used for storing a detergent with a different concentration; selecting one space in which a detergent is stored to deliver the detergent; obtaining the weight of clothes to be washed; and according to a selected space and the weight of the clothes to be washed, determining the quantity of the detergent to be fed by looking up in a correspondence table. By dividing the detergent box (10) into spaces, detergents with different concentrations are stored in different spaces; by selecting detergents in spaces in combination with the weight of the clothes to be washed, the quantities of detergents to be fed are determined by using a table lookup method, so that the quantities of to-be-fed detergents with different concentrations are precisely controlled, and accordingly, the problems of detergent residuals, increased bubbles, multiple times of required rinsing and higher consumption of water and power caused by excessive feed of detergents are resolved.
