Abstract:
A method for predicting coal porosity and permeability parameters based on fractal theory and CT scanning, comprising: first, performing a CT scan experiment on coal samples to acquire two-dimensional CT slices of the coal samples; using three-dimensional reconstruction software to accurately perform three-dimensional reconstruction of the actual pore and fissure structure of the samples, respectively obtaining three-dimensional pore and fissure structure models of six coal samples, and calculating the microscopic parameters of the coal samples; then using the Matlab program to import the three-dimensional pore and fissure structure data, and calculating the three-dimensional volume fractal dimensions of each coal sample; finally, combining the pore and fissure structure parameters obtained by the CT three-dimensional reconstruction with a tortuosity fractal mathematical model to obtain tortuosity fractal dimensions of three-dimensional space, and obtain the fitting function of porosity and permeability to fractal dimensions, to thereby accurately predict porosity and permeability.
