Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for predicting mental health and providing mental health solutions by learning psychological indicator data and physical indicator data on the basis of machine learning, and a mental health evaluation device using same, the method comprising steps in which: (a) the mental health evaluation device acquires test psychological indicator data and test physical indicator data of a testee from a testee terminal of the testee in a state in which psychological indicator data for learning and psychological indicator data for learning, related to a plurality of learning targets, are inputted into a first prediction model, and then the first prediction model is trained with reference to predicted mental health data for learning outputted from the first prediction model and to ground truth (GT) mental health data corresponding to same; and (b) the mental health evaluation device inputs the test psychological indicator data and the test physical indicator data into the first prediction model so that the first prediction model outputs test predicted mental health data.
