Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for predicting the possibility of brain amyloid beta accumulation in order to predict the occurrence of diseases caused by brain amyloid beta accumulation including Alzheimer's disease in Koreans and, more specifically, to a method for providing information for predicting the possibility of brain amyloid beta accumulation, and a composition and kit for predicting the possibility of brain amyloid beta accumulation. The method for providing information for predicting the possibility of brain amyloid beta accumulation effectively selects individuals with a high possibility of brain amyloid beta accumulation at an early stage, thereby inhibiting the occurrence of diseases caused by brain amyloid beta accumulation or providing an appropriate treatment for affected individuals.
