Abstract:
The method for predicting temperature deviation in a thick steel plate according to the present invention is for use in heat treatment equipment for a thick steel plate, the equipment being provided with a water-cooling device for cooling a heated thick steel plate by spraying cooling water on the thick steel plate and a draining device for removing the cooling water on the thick steel plate on the downstream side of the water-cooling device, wherein the method includes a step for predicting temperature deviation information about the thick steel plate after passage through the draining device by using a temperature deviation prediction model generated by machine learning in which at least one operation parameter selected from operation parameters of the water-cooling device and operation parameters of the draining device serves as input data and temperature deviation information about the thick steel plate after passage through the draining device serves as output data.
