Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for preparing a 2-substituted aryl acetonitrile compound and use thereof. The method prepares the 2-substituted aryl acetonitrile compound by means of a direct reaction under the action of a base with a substituted benzene and a 2-cyanocarboxylate as the starting materials. The reaction formula is as follows. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the present invention features a high yield and the absence of transition metal catalysts, strong bases, or harsh reaction conditions.
