Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing 3-carbonyl-biciclo[2,2,2]octane-2-carboxylate. Using 2-(4-alkoxycarbonylcyclohexylidene)acetate as a starting material, 3-carbonyl-biciclo[2,2,2]octane-2-carboxylate is obtained by sequentially performing catalytic hydrogenation and condensation, wherein X and Y are independently selected from alkyl or aryl. The method has a short synthesis process, proceeds under mild reaction conditions, has a total yield larger than 80%, uses raw materials that are easy to acquire, has a low production cost, has low requirements for equipment and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
