Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for preparing acetylated cytosine triphosphate and an intermediate thereof. A method for preparing a compound as represented by formula 3, the method comprising the following steps: carrying out a deacetylation reaction on compound 2 to obtain the compound as represented by formula 3. According to the synthesis method of the present invention, the reaction time is greatly shortened (the reaction process is shorter than 2 hours), the cost is saved, the reaction conditions are simplified, and the reaction product is relatively singular.
