Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing an ultraviolet curable adhesive tape, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a syrup-state preliminary polymer by emitting, under a nitrogen atmosphere, ultraviolet rays onto a resin composition comprising an adhesive resin, a photoinitiator, and an additive; adding a photoinitiator and a crosslinking agent to the syrup and then stirring the same so as to prepare an adhesive composition; coating the stirred adhesive composition on a release film so as to form an adhesive layer; laminating the release film onto the adhesive layer; and curing an adhesive resin composition while allowing the same to pass through a UV-zone having a plurality of chambers, wherein, in the curing step, cooling air is sprayed so as to control reaction heat. The preparation method of the present invention facilitates workability of the adhesive tape preparation through the control of reaction heat.
