Abstract:
A method for preparing an aluminum-plastic film for a lithium-ion battery comprises the following steps: a) changing a solid polypropylene resin, used to prepare an aluminum-plastic film by means of a solvent casting technique, into a soluble polypropylene resin by means of a modification grafting treatment and using the soluble resin to prepare a coating adhesive; b) applying the adhesive on a surface of one of an aluminum film and a polypropylene film, and performing drying to volatilize a solvent in the adhesive; c) performing a fluidity improvement on an adhesive coating, and fitting the same to a surface of the other one of the aluminum film and the polypropylene film; and d) performing low-temperature solidification, such that the adhesive coating creeps and levels out between the aluminum film and the polypropylene film, thereby completing an entire solidification process so as to acquire an aluminum-plastic film for a lithium-ion battery. An aluminum-plastic film acquired by means of the method retains superior resistance against an electrolyte of an aluminum-plastic film prepared by means of a thermal technique while avoiding the high-temperature and high-pressure preparation conditions required in a process of preparing an aluminum-plastic film by means of a thermal method so as to effectively maintain the scouring depth and aesthetic appearance of aluminum foil.
