Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing an aluminum salt functional material for lithium extraction. The method comprises: step 1, preparation of a precursor slurry of an aluminum salt functional material, involving: mixing polyaluminum, a lithium source and water in proportion, adding an additive thereto, carrying out ultrasonic stirring to obtain a mixed salt solution, adding an alkali liquor or a basic salt solution to the mixed salt solution at a certain flow rate, adjusting the pH value, and then stirring same at a constant temperature for a reaction to obtain a precursor slurry of a lithium-intercalated aluminum salt functional material; and step 2, preparation of an aluminum salt functional material for lithium extraction, namely, subjecting the precursor slurry obtained in step 1 to solid-liquid separation, washing and drying to obtain an aluminum salt functional material for lithium extraction. In the present invention, inexpensive polyaluminum is used as an aluminum source, and polyaluminum has good water solubility and is used for synthesizing, together with an alkali, an aluminum salt functional material for lithium extraction in one step; and the reaction rate is high, the process is short, and the cost is low. The method can prepare an aluminum salt functional material for lithium extraction with a high specific surface area, a high porosity and a high lithium adsorption capacity by means of strengthening via a freeze-drying technique, and the prepared material can be used well for extracting lithium from salt lake brine with a high content of impurities, and has a high lithium extraction speed, high selectivity and potential application value.
