Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing an aluminum-silicon coated hot stamped steel part having a tensile strength of 1500 MPa or more, comprising the steps of: (1) cutting aluminum-silicon coated hot stamped steel into a material sheet, and placing same in a heating furnace for heating; (2) quickly transferring the heated material sheet into a stamping mold having a cooling system, performing stamping once the material sheet is fed into the mold, to form a part blank, and then cooling to rapidly convert austenite into martensite; and (3) performing dehydrogenation treatment by using an oven: the baking temperature is 100-300°C, the product is taken out of the oven after 5-180 min of baking, and after being taken out of the oven, the product is cooled at room temperature. The process of the method is simple and convenient, the tensile strength of the aluminum-silicon coated hot stamped steel part prepared using the preparation method of the present invention can reach 1500 MPa, the diffused hydrogen concentration of the aluminum-silicon coated hot stamped steel part is low and can reach 0.1 ppm or less, and the risk of delayed cracking of the part can be effectively reduced.
