Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a β-amino acid derivative rich in enantiomers, particularly a method for preparing sitagliptin. Blaise acid-base reaction, and an enzymatic reaction and a condensation reaction in any order are included. The substrate of the enzymatic reaction is a chiral β-aminoacrylic acid derivative.
