Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for preparing an andrographolide derivative by using an industrial chromatographic technology, comprising: first enriching andrographolide total sulfonate by means of a microporous adsorption resin, and then performing separation and purification by means of an industrial chromatographic column so as to obtain isoandrographolide-19-sodium sulfate, wherein the purity of isoandrographolide-19-sodium sulfate is more than 98%. The present invention can achieve real-time online monitoring during separation, is good in process reproducibility, simple to operate, short in preparation time, and small in the amount of a used organic solvent, and can be suitable for mass industrial production.
