Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing anhydrous trisodium citrate, comprising the following steps: raw material preparation – preparation of a sodium hydroxide solution – neutralization reaction – material concentration – crystal precipitation – centrifugal separation – drying. The present invention has high utilization rate of raw materials, a simple production process, and no pollution, and is clean and environment-friendly. Since citric acid is used in a crystalline form, the amount used in the neutralization reaction is small, thereby reducing the concentration time and energy consumption.
