Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing an aryl carbon glycoside compound including a gliflozin drug, belonging to the technical field of pharmaceutical chemistry. According to the present invention, a sulfinate glycosyl donor represented by formula W is used as a raw material for the first time to prepare the aryl carbon glycoside compound including the gliflozin drug, and the method does not need to use an additional initiator, features low production cost, simple reaction route, mild reaction condition, and high product yield and purity, and has a wide application prospect.
