Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing an aviation fuel intermediate from cellulose. The method for preparing the aviation fuel intermediate has the following steps: using lignocellulose-derived aldehyde platform chemicals and lignocellulose-derived ketone platform chemicals as raw materials and water as a solvent, preparing the aviation fuel intermediate by means of an aldol condensation reaction under the action of a solid base catalyst. The solid base catalyst is a sodium hydroxide-modified chitosan catalyst. The aviation fuel intermediate is a C10-C16 oxygen-containing compound. The solid base catalyst has an excellent catalytic effect, a high catalytic efficiency, and mild reaction conditions. The solid base catalyst is used to prepare the aviation fuel intermediate from cellulose. The preparation process is simple. The solid base catalyst effectively reduces the occurrence of side reactions in the aldol condensation reaction and increases the yield of condensation products.
