Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for preparing a biodegradable water-resistant high-strength reprocessable plastic paper and a recycling and reuse method therefor. The preparation method comprises: coating a sheet of paper with a cyclic carbonate and an amine compound to introduce same into the fiber structure of the paper; then curing to form a water-resistant, high-strength, reprocessable, biodegradable, and recyclable plastic paper material. The preparation method merely requires coating a sheet of paper in a cyclic carbonate and an amine and then heating to obtain the plastic paper; the present invention has good universality, can strengthen various types of paper sheets, and improves the mechanical properties, temperature resistance, water resistance, and solvent resistance of the paper sheet, while simultaneously allowing the paper to maintain biodegradability, and have excellent self-repairing performance, plastic reprocessing performance and degradation and regeneration performance. The process method is simple and easy to operate, and is suitable for industrial production.
