Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing biosugar and quercetin by using onion skins and, more particularly, to a method for preparing biosugar and quercetin, comprising: extracting biosugar from a hydrolysate produced by hydrolyzing onion skins; and extracting quercetin from the hydrolysate residue remaining after the extraction of the biosugar.
