Abstract:
A method for preparing a carbon nanotube by catalytic cracking of methanol or propylene. An aluminum oxide titanium carrier (γ-Al2O3-TiO2) is activated by ammonium carbonate and a hydrogen peroxide solution, and then a transition metal element cobalt is loaded by adopting a homogeneous precipitation method, so that the utilization rate of cobalt is increased. The mechanical strength and bulk density of a catalyst are improved by preparing a single crystal catalyst, crushing and pulverization in the catalytic cracking reaction process are reduced, and the activity of the catalyst is high; the carbon nanotube is prepared by high-temperature catalytic cracking of methanol and propylene by means of a fluidized bed, and the process is simple and easy to operate.
