Abstract:
A method for preparing a cationic dyeable flame-retardant high-strength polyester fiber, comprising: mixing an oligomer A, an oligomer B and ethylene terephthalate to carry out a polycondensation reaction to prepare a cationic dyeable flame-retardant polyester master batch, and adding the cationic dyeable flame-retardant polyester master batch into a polyester chip according to a certain ratio for melt spinning to prepare the cationic dyeable flame-retardant high-strength polyester fiber. The oligomer A is prepared from a phosphorus flame retardant and dihydric alcohol by means of an esterification reaction. The oligomer B is prepared from sodium isophthalic acid sulfonate and dihydric alcohol by means of an esterification reaction. The ratio of the sum of the molar weights of the oligomer A and the oligomer B to the molar weight of the ethylene terephthalate is 3 : 7 to 6 : 4. The preparation method is simple. The prepared cationic dyeable flame-retardant polyester master batch has high crystallinity and good fluidity. The cationic dyeable flame-retardant high-strength polyester fiber prepared from the cationic dyeable flame-retardant polyester master batch has excellent mechanical property and can be used for interior decoration of automobiles, ships, advanced hotels, and the like.
