Abstract:
A method for preparing a ceramic having an antifungal function, according to exemplary embodiments of the present invention, may comprise: a material preparation step of combining ceramic materials; a ball milling step of grinding the ceramic materials, thereby preparing a ceramic powder; a stirring step of putting the ceramic powder and a binder into a pressure vessel, and then stirring same, thereby preparing a ceramic slurry; a molding step of pressing the stirred ceramic slurry, thereby molding same into a molded product through a hole mold connected to the pressure vessel; and a firing step of firing the molded product stepwise. In the material preparation step, the ceramic materials can be prepared by mixing 45-55 wt% of aluminum oxide (Al2O3) and 55-45 wt% of a colorant, and the colorant can comprise 4-6 wt% of TiO2, 9-11 wt% of Fe2O3, 19-21 wt% of MnO2, 9-11 wt% of SiO2 and 4-6 wt% of Co2O3.
