Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing chicken using chicken powder and, more specifically, to a method in which chicken powder including mace powder and sage powder is used to prepare chicken, and the chicken can be prepared in a microwave oven by using a plastic bag and a holder. The method for preparing chicken according to the present invention uses a microwave oven, and thus the chicken can be conveniently prepared in a short amount of time even at home. The chicken prepared according to the present invention can avoid emitting the unpleasant smells of chicken without a raw meat curing step by using the chicken powder including the mace powder and the sage powder, and provide a level of crispiness equivalent to that of chicken sold in commercial franchise stores, and thus has excellent texture and flavor.
