Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing a derivative obtained by esterifying choline alfoscerate. The present invention also relates to a preparation comprising a choline alposcerate ester (TGPC) derivative and a use thereof. A choline alposcerate ester compound has an antioxidant effect independently, and as a prodrug, the compound is separated into GPC and thioctic acid by means of enzymes in vivo to treat or prevent diseases selected from mild cognitive impairment, diabetes, muscle seizures, and presbyopia.
