Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for preparing a conductive thin film, a current collection and transmission material, and an energy storage device. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1. coating one surface of a thin film substrate by means of a vacuum coating apparatus to form a first metal coating; S2. forming a second metal coating on the outer surface of the first metal coating, to form a single-side metal film; S3. baking the single-side metal film, and coating the metal layer surface of the single-side metal film with a PE material in a single-side spraying manner by means of a film spraying compositing apparatus; S4. baking another single-side metal film obtained in step S2, and then laminating the metal layer surface of the single-side metal film with the surface of the PE material in step 3, and shaping and cooling same; and S5. subjecting same to high-temperature curing to prepare a multilayer composite metal material, and stripping the thin film substrates off the upper and lower surfaces of the composite multilayer metal material to form a 5-6 μm conductive thin film. The beneficial effects of the present invention lie in relaxing the limitation on the thickness of an outer thin film substrate layer, preventing the phenomenon of holes appearing, and improving the qualified rate of a product.
