Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of corroded foil manufacturing. Disclosed is a method for preparing a corroded aluminum foil having high hole length consistency, comprising the following steps: a) putting an aluminum foil in a novel pretreatment liquid and applying a short-time large direct current for pretreatment to generate corrosion starting points; b) carrying out hole-forming corrosion in a primary corrosive liquid; c) performing hole-expansion corrosion in a secondary corrosive liquid; and d) performing heat treatment to obtain a corroded aluminum foil. The novel pretreatment liquid is mainly a mixed aqueous solution of mixed acid and glucose, the distribution of the corrosion starting points is easy to grasp, and during a pretreatment process, and the control of the corrosion starting points is achieved by controlling the corresponding concentration and temperature of the novel pretreatment liquid. The holes on the surface of the corroded aluminum foil prepared by the process are more evenly distributed, and hole length consistency is high, thereby effectively improving the bending and electrical properties of the corroded aluminum foil.
