Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing an efficient anti-tumor active polypeptide Tubulysin M. The method comprises the steps of: S1, providing compound 2; and S2, preparing the active polypeptide Tubulysin M by taking the compound 2 as a key raw material. In the preparation method, an innovative route is used, the total synthesis process of the active polypeptide Tubulysin M is optimized, the total yield is relatively high, and the stereoselectivity is good.
