Abstract:
A method for preparing a fabric for a face mask, and a face mask. The method for preparing a fabric for a face mask comprises the following steps: step 1, soaking a cellulose non-woven fabric with an aqueous potassium chloride solution, followed by rolling same to obtain a pretreated non-woven fabric; step 2, freeze-drying the pretreated non-woven fabric to obtain a freeze-dried non-woven fabric; and step 3: spray-coating a cool-feeling finishing solution on the surface of the freeze-dried non-woven fabric, and drying same to obtain a face mask fabric; wherein the cool-feeling finishing solution comprises a cool-feeling microcapsule with a concentration of 15-30 g/L. The fabric prepared by means of the method for preparing a fabric for a face mask is suitable for making a face mask, and has the advantage of having a lasting cool-feeling effect. The face mask comprises a face mask body (1). The face mask body (1) comprises, in a sequentially laminated manner, an outer layer (11), a filter layer (12), and an inner layer (13) which comes into contact with the face when worn, wherein the inner layer (13) is of the face mask fabric prepared by means of the method for preparing a fabric for a face mask.
