Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a functional nanoporous silica powder and, more specifically, to a method, wherein silicate and an inorganic acid, which are supplied in a continuous quantitative constant-rate manner by a central controller, are controlled to form wet nanoporous silica by a continuous high-rate instant uniform mix reaction apparatus and a mixer; a predetermined silane compound is added to a suspension with appropriate pH maintained, which is obtained by adding an aqueous inorganic or organic acid solution to the wet nanoporous silica, in a dispersive mixing reactor in a quantitative constant-rate manner by the central controller, thereby forming a silane polyol; and a suspension, which is obtained by a mixing and dispersion reaction of the silane polyol and the nanoporous silica, is subjected to thin film instant drying and continuous heating drying using a multi-stage continuous complex reaction drying apparatus, leading to stepwise chemical binding through hydrogen binding and dehydration condensation of the silane polyol and a surface of the nanoporous silica, which exist in the dispersion, thereby productively and economically preparing a nanoporous silica powder having functionality.
