Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a graft copolymer and a graft copolymer prepared thereby, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a reaction solution containing a copolymer including a diene-based monomer-derived unit and an alkene-based monomer-derived unit, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, a vinyl cyan-based monomer, and a reaction solvent; and feeding the reaction solution to carry out primary bulk polymerization at 100-110°C, wherein the copolymer includes 5-10wt% of the diene-based monomer-derived unit and the graft copolymer has a rubber average particle diameter of 2-5μm.
