Abstract:
Provided are a method for preparing a graphene material by self-sufficient reduction, comprising the following steps: using radiation and/or heat sources to initiate self-sufficient reduction of free-standing graphene oxide to obtain a graphene material, the free-standing graphene oxide being unsupported graphene oxide, and the temperature for initiation being 350-440°C, such that not only can the free-standing graphene oxide film be reduced self-sufficiently so as to minimize the energy consumption of graphene oxide film reduction, but the graphene oxide film having arbitrarily area can be reduced without continuous energy input, and high-performance supercapacitors can be produced. Also provided are a graphene material, a graphene film, an electrode, and a capacitor.
