Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing an α-halogenated acetophenone compound under the catalysis of ionic liquid [TEA][TfOH]2. The method specifically comprises: synthesizing a novel ionic liquid [TEA][TfOH]2 catalyst in a molar ratio of triethylamine (TEA) to trifluoromethanesulfonic acid (TfOH) being 1:2. [TEA][TfOH]2 is used as a catalyst, an acetophenone compound is used as a reaction substrate, and a halogenating reagent is added; after the reaction is stopped, a reaction mixture is directly poured into a water phase to quench the reaction, and a solid product is immediately precipitated; and after recrystallization, the highest yield of the product can reach 86%, and the reaction has a relatively high selectivity. The reaction does not need an additional solvent or catalyst, and [TEA][TfOH]2 is used as both a reaction catalyst and a solvent. The provided preparation method has a simple process and a simple and convenient post-reaction treatment, and is environmentally friendly.
