Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of battery preparation, and regarding the problem that a SiO material and graphite are difficult to disperse uniformly upon mixing, provides a method for preparing a high-initial-Coulombic-efficiency SiO/graphite composite negative electrode material, comprising the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing SiO, graphite, an organic carbon source, and a Li salt to obtain a mixture A, wherein the particle size of the SiO is less than that of the graphite; 2) granulating the mixture A to obtain a SiO/graphite composite material precursor B; and 3) calcinating the composite material precursor B in an inert gas atmosphere and cooling same to obtain a carbon-coated SiO/graphite composite negative electrode material. According to the present invention, the SiO is embedded between the graphite and graphite and bonded together by means of the carbon source, such that the problems of volume expansion and pulverization of the SiO are effectively limited by means of graphite in an outer layer, and the initial Coulombic efficiency and cycling stability of the negative electrode material are greatly improved by means of the Li salt. Moreover, the method has a simple preparation process and low costs, facilitating mass production.
