Abstract:
A method for preparing a highly elastic softening knitted fabric, comprising the following steps: 1) raw material selecting and blending; 2) spinning process; 3) weaving process; and 4) dyeing and after-finishing. In the preparation method, a rational pre-treatment method, dyestuff and dyeing process are selected, so that the loss of strength is reduced while ensuring the dye-uptake. Due to processes such as a softening finishing technique, setting, and preshrinking in the method, the fabric is ensured to be bright, clean and soft, and stable in size. The entire method has greatly reduced cost, and is beneficial to large-scale popularization and application; the highly elastic softening knitted fabric product prepared by the method has soft and smooth hand feeling, good drapability and good hygroscopicity and breathability, and has anti-microbial, high infrared resistance and ultraviolet resistance functionalities. The highly elastic softening knitted fabric has obvious advantages in terms of functionality, fashion, added value, economic benefit and the like compared with common fabrics.
