Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of ferronickel recycling, and discloses a method for preparing iron phosphate by recycling ferronickel slag. The method comprises the following steps: adding hydrochloric acid to a ferronickel powder, performing a heating reaction, performing solid-liquid separation, taking the liquid phase to obtain a hydrochloric acid water washing solution; concentrating the hydrochloric acid water washing solution, adding an oxidizing agent, adding an alkali to adjust the pH, performing a precipitation reaction, performing solid-liquid separation, and taking the solid phase to obtain a hydroxyl iron oxide precipitate; adding a dispersing agent into the hydroxyl iron oxide precipitate, then adding phosphoric acid to obtain an iron phosphate-phosphoric acid mixture, and evaporating to obtain the iron phosphate. In the present invention, a ferronickel powder is leached using hydrochloric acid, then concentrated and acid-removed. Meanwhile, an oxidizing agent ferrous oxide is added as high-valence iron, and under the condition of adding a alkali solution, hydroxyl iron oxide precipitate is generated. Then a dispersing agent is used, so as to generate a fine hydrated iron phosphate product having good dispersity, small particle size, high grade and uniform particle size distribution.
