Abstract:
A method for preparing isosorbide, relating to the technical field of fine chemical industry, and comprising molecular sieve cleaning, molecular sieve modification, active substance adsorption and calcination, and isosorbide synthesis. According to the method for preparing isosorbide in the present invention, the reaction conditions are mild, the operation is simple, the conversion rate of the reactant sorbitol is high, the selectivity and yield of the product isosorbide are high, the reaction temperature is 130-230°C, the conversion rate of sorbitol is 95.32-97.93%, the selectivity of isosorbide is 75.47-77.43%, and the yield of isosorbide is 72.89-75.74%.
