Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a leather and textile fabric having a formaldehyde and unpleasant odor removal function, the method comprising the following steps: (1) an antimicrobial treatment, involving: spray-coating a pre-treated leather and textile fabric with an antimicrobial agent, and curing and drying same to obtain an antimicrobially treated material; (2) adding an auxiliary agent, involving: smearing the antimicrobially treated material obtained in step (1) with an auxiliary agent having a formaldehyde and unpleasant odor removal function, and leaving same to stand at 80-90°C for 2-3 h to obtain an auxiliary-agent-incorporated material; (3) dry finishing, involving: curing and drying the auxiliary-agent-incorporated material obtained in step (2); and (4) finish coating, involving: subjecting the auxiliary-agent-incorporated material, which has been dried in step (3), to finish coating with a coating layer having a formaldehyde and unpleasant odor removal function, and curing and drying same to obtain a leather and textile fabric having a formaldehyde and unpleasant odor removal function. The leather and textile fabric prepared by the method is soft and comfortable, strong in terms of wear resistance, and antimicrobial, the leather and textile fabric can be efficiently inhibited from mildewing and deterioration, and same can also remove formaldehyde and unpleasant odors.
