Title:
METHOD FOR PREPARING LONG-CHAIN FATTY DIACID MONOBENZYL ESTER, AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/197303
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a method for preparing a long-chain fatty diacid monobenzyl ester. The method comprises: 1) subjecting a long fatty chain diacid to an esterification reaction in order to obtain a long fatty chain dibenzyl ester; and 2) subjecting the long fatty chain dibenzyl ester to a hydrolysis reaction in order to obtain a long-chain fatty diacid monobenzyl ester, wherein the long fatty chain diacid has the structure shown in formula (A), and X is an integer from 6 to 32. The method, with respect to the prior art, has cheap and easily available reaction reagents, simple operations, low content of relevant impurities in the product, simple purification of intermediates, short production cycle, high yield and low cost, produces less "waste liquid" and no solid waste, and has low environmental pressure.
