Abstract:
A method for preparing a lycopene-containing composition with an anti-aging effect, the method comprising: mixing lycopene oleoresin with a small amount of absolute ethanol to obtain a lycopene oleoresin alcoholate, putting nicotinamide mononucleotide into a fluidized bed granulator, atomizing the lycopene oleoresin alcoholate through a nozzle by means of compressed air, spraying the atomized lycopene oleoresin alcoholate onto the nicotinamide mononucleotide powder in a fluidized state on a fluidized bed layer to wet same, fully mixing the lycopene oleoresin alcoholate and the nicotinamide mononucleotide powder, and then carrying out flow granulation, wherein the conditions used for spray granulation are an atomizing speed of 40-100 mL/min through the nozzle and an atomizing particle size of 10-12 μm. The prepared anti-aging composition can effectively improve the lifespan and climbing ability of Drosophila melanogaster, can also effectively improve the MDA level in rat serum and the SOD activity in the rat serum, and has a remarkable anti-aging effect. In addition, a granular product has a high effective ingredient content and a good stability.
