Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a mushroom vitamin D 2 oil, the method comprising: slicing a mushroom raw material and then treating same with ultraviolet irradiation that is a combination of UVB irradiation at 280-315 nm and UVC irradiation at 200-280 nm, extracting the mushroom raw material with an edible oil, and performing solid-liquid separation on the mixture of the edible oil and the mushroom raw material to obtain the mushroom vitamin D 2 oil. The irradiation treatment that is carried out on the mushroom raw material by using an ultraviolet light that is a combination of UVB and UVC can not only promote the conversion of ergosterol in the mushroom raw material into vitamin D 2 and increase the content of vitamin D 2, but can also disinfect the mushroom raw material, so that the microbial index of the obtained product meets the requirements of food or drug processing. In addition, based on the property of vitamin D 2 being soluble in oils, the mushroom raw material, after undergoing ultraviolet irradiation, is directly extracted with an edible oil, and same is more convenient for application in food.
